Dear Wharton Alumni and Friends,
I am honored to invite you to join us for the Wharton Global Alumni Forum. This year we will combine our three regional events into a single Forum, which will take place in San Francisco on June 23-24, 2011. Although this marks the first time the School has held a Forum in the U.S., the event will be truly global in its scope, scale and audience. We encourage alumni and friends from around the world to join us.
We are excited to hold this year’s Forum in conjunction with the 10th Anniversary of the establishment of Wharton¦San Francisco, our West Coast campus and home to a thriving MBA Program for Executives and our entrepreneurship program and non-degree programs for executives. This Forum will enable Wharton to further strengthen our growing presence on the West Coast and promises to be a unique and inspiring collaboration for all.
The Forum’s theme is “Creative Solutions for Global Challenges". All meetings will take place at the Westin St. Francis on Union Square, one of this city’s favorite hotels and finest convention facilities.
With the School’s unparalleled global network of 86,000 alumni, the Forum will generate a number of engaging discussions on the most relevant business issues of the day. Throughout the history of Wharton’s Global Alumni Forums, these exchanges have served as an acute catalyst for innovation, fostering the dissemination of better business practices on an international scale.
